- No online doctor consultation is offered on the pages we checked.
Delivery
- Orders are delivered by courier. The terms state that requests are processed within 3 days, subject to availability and payment, and that delivery is confirmed with an order number and invoice.
- Delivery is free on orders of R600 and above. The fee for smaller orders is not published on the pages we checked.
- The website does not say how fridge-line medicine such as semaglutide is kept cold in transit.
Returns and refunds
- The terms state that if goods are unavailable or damaged, PharmacyNet refunds the client in full within 30 days.
