What we can help with
- Errors in a pharmacy rating, a price or another fact on the site. Please include the page address and, if possible, a link to the source that shows the correct information. Confirmed errors are recorded on the corrections page.
- Pharmacies that want to point out a change to their service. We check every change against the pharmacy's own website and the public register before updating a score. Pharmacies cannot pay to be included or to change a score.
- Questions about how we handle personal information, as set out in our privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell medicine, take orders or handle prescriptions, so we cannot help with an order placed with a pharmacy. Contact the pharmacy directly. We also cannot give medical advice: please speak to your doctor or pharmacist. If you have a complaint about a pharmacy or pharmacist, you can raise it with the South African Pharmacy Council.
