Prescription process
- Prescriptions can be submitted through the Clicks app or website (Online Script Management) or handed in at a branch. A pharmacist assesses the script and you receive an SMS when it is ready.
- The original prescription must be produced at collection or handed to the delivery driver. Scripts may be at most 30 days old.
- Selected Clicks Clinics offer a Virtual Doctor video consultation and in-clinic "Weight Management Support consultations". No fee is published on the pages we checked.
Delivery
- For app and website script orders, "Delivery of medication is available in certain geographical locations". Clicks Direct Medicines delivers chronic medicine "anywhere in South Africa".
- The Repeat Prescription Service is delivered "for free" and "within 4 hours" during set hours. For other script orders, any levy can be paid in advance via a payment link or on delivery by card.
- How fridge-line medicine such as semaglutide is kept cold in transit is not stated on the pages we checked.
Returns and refunds
- Clicks states that it will "not accept the return of any medicine for credit or replacement unless there is a defect in the medicine or its packaging at the time of supply, or if an incorrect medicine has been dispensed."
- The terms note that the re-dispensing of a returned medicine is prohibited.

Yes. The SAPC register lists Clicks Direct Medicines, registration number Y03839, in Gauteng. Its status is Active, with an A grade from its inspection on 15 November 2024. Branch pharmacies are registered separately, and script delivery orders are allocated to the branch closest to your address.
Does Clicks publish semaglutide prices?
No. When we checked, a search of the Clicks website for Ozempic or Wegovy returned no results, so no price is published. The table on this page shows the SEP and the approximate maximum price for the 11 semaglutide packs with a published SEP; a pharmacy price including the dispensing fee should fall within that range.
Can I get semaglutide delivered by Clicks?
